MISSION Our mission is to use our collective advocacy power and legal mandate to develop and secure public policies that ensure civil rights and expand options for all people with disabilities and to promote a philosophy of Independent living. We promote needed systems changes to improve independent services and programs for the civil rights, self-empowerment and full integration for people with disabilities into mainstream society.
