Statewide Independent Living Council (DCSILC) is committed to the empowerment of people with disabilities through the provision of independent living (IL) services. IL services maximize the independence and productivity of people with disabilities and promote integration into the community. The DCSILC participates in planning with and advises the designated state units, D.C.
